Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds

  • Optional:  ½ tsp ground ginger or cinnamon – 1 tsp lemon juice – 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (consume separately with water)


Instructions

  • Add 1 cup of water or plant-based milk. Stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (minimum 6–8 hours).
